Swiss Finance provided an amazing experience in Switzerland, learning the ins, outs, and secrets of the world of Wall Street.

I learned not only technical materials but I learned how to think like a banker and fit in with this elite community. I also met some truly amazing people and made some lifelong friends. I started an internship at Fox-Pitt Kelton. Next week, I get the opportunity to follow around a floor trader on the New York Stock Exchange. Wall Street has proved to be everything I had dreamt it to be. I feel like I am living a dream.

Notes from the participant's academic and career journal at Swiss Finance:

Today I learned to monitor the market! I learned the different trends such as double head, head and shoulders, gramophone and the ghost. I learned to not become a horse but a psychologist that studies the behavior of the market. Although, I feel pretty confident that I wouldn’t want to be a horse. Okay a little diary joke. I learned that as a trader, cutting losses is extremely important and that there is no such thing as paper loss. Also, that the best loss is the first loss and lots more...
